*According to recently gathered information, President Obama was 31 years old and had only been married to Michelle for about 1 year at the taping of this video. 5 years from the date of this video, their first daughter Malia was born.
With this information, it is possible that this was the President enjoying the last of his party years and opted to participate in the recording.
Little does he know, he may have some explaining to do!
